Toyota MK4 Supra (JZA80)
The Radium Engineering fuel pump hanger permits the use of 1, 2, or 3 aftermarket pumps in the stock MK4 Toyota Supra (JZA80) fuel tank. No permanent fuel access cover modification is required.
To simplifying aftermarket -AN hose plumbing, the 10AN ORB threaded feed port (depicted below) features a low profile 8AN male fitting and the 8AN ORB threaded return port features a low profile 6AN male fitting.
Because the fuel pumps utilize integrated check valves, the pump outlets merge into a single 10AN billet collector (20-1511 includes check valves for pump outlets). To reconnect the OEM return and vent hoses, barb fittings are also included.
As shown below, the custom designed stainless electrical studs easily handle the high current demand that compact bulkhead connectors lack. These serviceable connections are properly sealed and impervious to all standard and exotic fuels. The low profile design keeps all wiring tucked nicely underneath the OEM fuel tank cover using the provided foam insulation.
Nonconductive acorn nuts are provided to prevent any accidental short circuits. Furthermore, the high quality in-tank wiring is insulated with chemically resistant ETFE. Electrical hardware is included for the fuel pump(s), OEM level sender, and OEM temperature sensor. Single pump applications can reuse the OEM fuel pump controller wiring, but it is recommended to upgrade the OEM wiring as these high flow fuel pumps draw additional current requiring larger gauge wire. Fuel pump wiring kits can be purchased HERE. Select qty1 for single pump applications, qty2 for dual pump applications, and qty3 for triple pump applications.
One conclusion with the dated OEM system is poor protection against fuel starvation. The Radium Engineering system incorporates a unique siphon jet pump. Using a venturi-effect, this "mechanical" pump draws fuel from outside the sub-tank and distributes it directly to the pump inlets.
As shown, the sub-tank stays full in all driving conditions.
VENTURI JET PUMP
1. The siphon system has been redesigned to completely eliminate any restriction on the return line but still effectively scavenge fuel. This means higher flowing pumps can be safely used without inducing fuel pressure issues.
2. The new venturi jet pump will consume 15-45 LPH, depending on the current fuel pressure. Take this fuel loss into consideration when sizing the fuel pump(s).
3. Furthermore, there is a new high flow integrated check valve on the merged fuel pump outlet, as shown above. This valve maintains fuel pressure after the engine is shut down.

This fuel pump hanger is designed specifically for the following Walbro DCSS 39/50 fuel pump part numbers: F90000267, F90000274, F90000285.
Both 20-1510 and 20-1512 can accomodate 1, 2, or 3 fuel pumps.
As shown above, a bespoke stainless steel triple pump mesh strainer is included for proper fuel pump inlet filtration.

This fuel pump hanger is designed specifically for the Ti Automotive E5LM brushless fuel pump.
Because of pump height, the maximum amount of Ti Automotive E5LM brushless pumps that can be physically installed is 2.
