PLUS, this new revision works with every single valve cover combination for a 2JZ!

That's right. The same bracket will work on 2JZ-GTE stock covers, 2JZ-GE stock covers, 2JZ-GTE VVTi stock covers, 2JZ-GE VVTi stock covers, and all known aftermarket valve cover options for either cylinder head including Hypertune, Plazmaman, PHR, and more!

If you drag race, drift, or use your 2JZ in any competitive environment you will be thankful for the lightning fast access to check or change your plugs. One button and done!

The height adjustable front and rear brackets make adjustment a breeze. Set the bracket to your desired height and go. Never before has one bracket met the needs of all potential JZ cylinder head and valve cover combinations. No guess work. We've done the testing for you. It fits and it's spectacular!

We have also confirmed fitment on Lexus IS300 with OEM valve covers and Nissan 240SX (S14). Note that your engine mounts for the S14 may differ so always check your vertical clearance after install.

IMPORTANT: Please select your style of valve covers. Oil cap is included with OEM 2JZ-GE VVTi covers to achieve lowest mounting position without interference. All other covers do not require use of oil cap. If you desire an oil cap for use with other OEM style covers, it can be purchased separately here.

The IGN1A coil is the king for its amazing ability to produce powerful spark without the need for an igniter. These smart coils will be the last coils you ever buy. More power, better idle and drivability, and with our beautiful CNC precision machined billet aluminum bracket and stainless allen head bolts, we feel it’s an aesthetic upgrade as well.

This kit works with all aftermarket ECUs that allow for adjustable dwell once properly wired and setup.

No more expensive and fragile aftermarket ignition boxes. No more remanufactured OEM coils that are hit or miss. For roughly the cost of a new set of OEM Toyota coilpacks, you can upgrade your ignition system to the ultimate level and never have to touch it again!

This system removes the need for the OEM igniter, OEM coilpacks or any auxiliary ignition amplifiers like an M&W or MoTeC CDI. 

We also now offer a complete harness for the coil kit utilizing motorsport grade materials including tefzel wire, Deutsch connectors and Raychem DR-25 heatshrink. Simply select your ECU and add to the kit!

  • The IGN1A coils deliver a powerful, long duration spark and are ideal for use in high-boost or high-compression engines.
  • This coil is a specially designed inductive style, high energy coil IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) referred to as a smart coil, as it is designed with the igniter on the coil. (TTL Transistor to Transistor Logic computer systems)
  • This coil has the potential of a Massive Spark Energy, (<250mJ, 8mS dwell @ 14 bolt) equal to and typical of the Capacitive Discharge Ignition (CDI) ignition systems, and delivers a very long spark duration that can only be achieved by using inductive coils.
  • This Massive Spark Energy <250mJ, and very high voltage, >81kV with incredibly long spark duration of <3.2mS is CRITICAL to maximizing power in high boost or high compression engines.
