PHR Bosch 82mm Throttle Body Adapter to 3.0" Tubing

Bosch drive by wire throttle bodies were built for naturally aspirated engines, with a short inlet meant for a slip-on hose and a light clamp. Under boost a coupler on that inlet wants to blow off. This adapter bolts to the front of the Bosch 82mm throttle body and gives you a longer 3.0" inlet with a machined bead, so a silicone coupler and clamp hold tight.

Construction

CNC machined from billet 6061 aluminum and anodized black.

Bolt On

Two o-rings seal the adapter to the throttle body. Four M6 stainless socket head bolts hold it on.
