Refund policy

Merch and Apparel Return Policy

Returns:

  • 30-day return window
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Approved returns are subject to 10% restocking fee + our shipping cost
  • Sale items, promotional items, clearance items are not eligible.
  • Certain items, as indicated on the item listing, are not returnable
  • No refunds will be provided for orders purchased during a giveaways once a winner has been announced. 
  • Items must be unwashed and unworn. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any sign of wear, alteration, misuse, or damage. This includes items appearing worn, with makeup or deodorant stains, smelling of fragrances or odors, or with animal hair. 

Exchange

  • If you would like a different size than ordered, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and subject to availability.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Item(s) may be exchanged on an order once.
  • No international exchanges
  • Any price differences between sizes will be invoiced to the customer
  • Open a refund request as outlined above, specify the item you would like in exchange 

Order Returned to Sender (RTS)

  • For items returned by the mail carrier: If an incorrect address was entered by the customer, email merchsupport@inductionperformance.com immediately. If a package is sent with an incorrect address entered by the customer, we will email you, per our discretion we may issue a refund minus 10% restocking fee or the customer may pay the shipping fees to resend the package. 
  • If the customer does not respond to our method of contact within 5 business days, a refund will be issued with a 10% deduction for a restocking fee. 

 

Car Parts Return Policy

Return Policy

We do not accept returns for buyer remorse. Unless there is a manufacturer defect, if you wish to return an item then you must have a valid reason and your item must be in its original, unopened, unused condition to be returned. All returns are subject to Induction Performance's approval. All approved returns must be returned within 30 days of your purchase. All returns require an RMA issued by Induction Performance to be approved for return.

1. Please email sales@inductionperformance.com to request a refund and we will assign you a RMA (Return Authorization Form) if your purchase is eligible for return.

2. Mail your returned item to the address below. Please use a shipping service that provides a tracking number and insurance.

3. Include in your package the filled out RMA form. 

Return Exceptions

Merchandise that has been installed, used, altered, damaged, and/or is not in new condition will not be accepted. All sales for custom items are final and cannot be returned. We reserve the right to refuse any returns. Buyer's remorse / no longer wanting an item or items is not an acceptable reason for return. Not all items are subject to return.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a maximum 30% restocking fee. This will be deducted from your refund.  

Refunds

All approved refunds will be less the respective processing fee charged on the initial transaction and any shipping and handling charges. Store credit at full item price is offered as an alternative.
