DEVELOPMENT AND TESTING: The 996 Carrera incorporates the catalytic converters into the rear exhaust, which leaves focus on optimizing the flow of the factory flow paths. By smoothing the interface between the flange/primary tubes, using smooth-radius, large-diameter bends, and implementing a collector with equal inputs from each primary, we have created a smoother exhaust flow path from the factory headers (which do not have a true 3-1 merge collector) and a greater volume for 3.6L S model engines. This will increase exhaust flow and optimize your Porsche exhaust system without any drawbacks to sound quality, emissions, or check engine lights.
CONSTRUCTION: Our precision-engineered headers are meticulously fabricated from T304L stainless steel. Proven design elements including port-matched flanges, smooth-radius primary tubing, and collectors that optimize the exhaust flow all work in conjunction to maximize power gains. Every set is rigorously quality-checked prior to shipping.
